The
Ancient Phoenicians in Lebanon were the first
to make Tannour Bread. Traditional Tannour Bread
was prepared by hand, but our recent invention
of the Tannour Automatic machine has made the
process of preparing it faster and more efficient.
we have invented and designed the automatic machine
that prepares a large range of bread from the
different types of organic flour. This bread is
recommended for diabetics and people with heart
and abdominal problems. The bread also gives a
high level of energy to the bones. We also specialise
in yeast free and cholesterol free bread. We would
like to proudly and humbly add that our bread
is recommended by the heart foundation, whose
label you can find on the outside of the bags
which the bread is packed in. our bakery has been
certified by the B.F.I. as an organic bakery.
Our certified B.F.I number is 2004p. we also have
a patent trademark on our machine. We are also
the first and only to make flat bread, gluten
free bread and wheat free bread. All our products
are packaged in long life bags.
The following are the various kinds of bread we
prepare:
1. Spelt Yeast Free – made from certified
organic wholemeal spelt flour
2. Rye bread – made from certified organic
rye and spelt flour
3. Wholemeal yeast free bread – made from
certified organic wholemeal flour
4. High in Fibre bread – made from certified
wholemeal flour and wheat bran
5. Corn bread – made from certified corn
and wholemeal flour
6. Organic bread crumbs
7. Spelt yeast free bread crumbs
8. Gluten, wheat and yeast free bread –
made from gluten free and wheat free flour
9. Gluten, wheat and yeast free Organic bread
We
supply and distribute our bread to many different
businesses in Sydney and other states, and we
hope to expand our business even further.
